Shipping

Do you offer international shipping all over the world?

We offer international shipping to most countries.

Unfortunately, due to customs challenges we are not currently able to ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus or Ukraine.

Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Do the price on each product include shipping cost?

No, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

This depends on the weight, the volume and destination. We use DHL Express with tracking, and your shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Why isn’t shipping included in the price?

Transparency is important to us, especially in coffee prices. «Free shipping» doesn’t align with our believes because it would blend the shipping fees into the coffee prices. You deserve to know what you’re paying for, both for coffee and shipping. Shipping rates differ based on your location and your country’s customs, but everyone pays the same for the coffee itself. 

We have chosen DHL Express for shipping because we can rely on them to transport the coffee to you as fast and safe as possible. DHL Express is also one of the most sustainable logistics companies, continuously working to reduce their carbon footprint. We believe that coffee shouldn't just taste good, it should do good. Are taxes and customs fees included in the price?

VAT / taxes is not included in the price on each product.

  • For EU: VAT (taxes) are calculated and included at checkout.
  • For all other countries VAT is not included at all.

Please note that all international import duty, taxes or fees and customs clearance issues are the responsibility of the customer. Check your local customs import regulations before placing an order.

When do you roast and ship?

We roast and ship coffee on all weekdays, from Monday to Friday.

Our excellent roasters and packers will always make sure your coffee is roasted and packed as soon as possible.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from our roastery in Oslo.

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes, you do.

When you order coffee you will first recieve an e-mail with an order confirmation.

When your order has been packed you will receive an email with a tracking number.

When your order is picked up by DHL at our warehouse you will recieve an SMS from DHL with your tracking information.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may also be influenced by other external conditions that we can not control. But we do of course want you to have your coffee as soon as possible and rely on DHL to help us with that.

We can not guarantee the exact delivery times, but normally you can expect this:

  • Shipments are delivered within 7 days (from order day) worldwide.
  • Weekends and holidays will often delay shipments by a day or more.

I've recieved the wrong product. What do I do?

Don't worry. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and tell us what's wrong. Please give us your order number, and if possible a photo of the delivered products inside the shipping box used for the delivery. We'll get back to you with a solution as soon as we can.

Why do you sell whole beans and not ground coffee?

We really want you to have the best possible cup of coffee. That's why we only sell our coffee as whole beans.

Do you offer coffee subscription?

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer coffee subscription internationally.
